My approach
I design within complex product ecosystems where ambiguity, legacy constraints, and competing priorities are common. I start by grounding the work in what’s known, understanding the current experience, mapping user flows, and identifying friction points before proposing solutions. This foundation helps balance long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery.How I work
I collaborate closely with product and engineering partners, prioritizing clear documentation, early alignment, and ongoing communication. When embedded on a team, I participate in standard agile activities: standups, sprint planning, and refinement. When supporting multiple initiatives, I maintain regular triad syncs to share updates and coordinate decisions.I value accountability, transparency, and trust, and I do my best work in environments where expectations are clear, feedback is direct, and collaboration is grounded in mutual respect.
What I care about
I care deeply about design quality at scale. I build on existing design systems and shared patterns to reduce fragmentation and ensure experiences feel cohesive and familiar across a platform. My goal is to make complex systems feel intentional, navigable, and trustworthy.Outside of work
